NEW FOUR WEEK SERIES: DYNAMIC FLOW
This challenging, strength building 60 minute class will consist of a continuous flow sequences in-between postures in a room warmed to 80 degrees. All levels are welcome as variations and modifications will be offered. *intended for individuals who already have a foundation to their practice. Please bring your mat, mat towel and hand towel (just in case the warm room encourages us to glow)
Class comes off your regular series or $15 drop in. Pre-Registration and Pre-Payment is recommended.
About Regina: Regina has been teaching yoga since 2007; She believes yoga offers many natural gifts and continuous opportunities of self-discovery. Regina is devoted to share the beauty of yoga encouraging the flow of breath to lead each individual through their practice. She enjoys teaching all levels; instructing gentle to challenging postures as well as demonstrating posture variations and modifications. Regina encourages everyone to embark on their own personal journey and embrace the unity between their mind and their body, honoring themselves in each moment every time they step onto their yoga mat; emphasizing that it is “Your Yoga, Your Body, Your Breath, Your Time”.
