Gift Of Yoga: Online Yoga Class with Jeanne | Sunday, March 29 at 10am

How are you doing? Are you taking care of yourself?
Yoga is a gift, an invitation to join together and share this gift with each other. We need our practice, we need each other more than ever. Yoga has never been about branding or influencing. It isn’t about fancy yoga pants, how bendy you are, or the number of Insta-likes. It’s about practice. It’s about community.
Right now we all need this, we need each other.
I invite you to join me on your mat tomorrow: Sunday, March 29 at 10am to share this gift of Yoga with each other. We will be using the platform Zoom to gather online. It will be a short (40 min) practice that will include an invocation, breath work, some movement, meditation, and sharing with each other.
If you want to join me, send me an email: and I will send you the details and the code to access the class. To participate you will need to download the free Zoom application onto your device: smart phone, tablet, or computer/laptop. Go to: and follow the instructions.
This will be a free offering, but it is not only my gift to you but your presence will be a gift to me, for us all.
Show up, as you are. I miss your face.
Can’t make it tomorrow? No problem! This is my personal test run where I have invited a handful of people to participate so I can work out the bugs and get comfortable with the technology. Becky MacBain, Jim Oakes and Jenifer Gaudren are all working on online offerings to help us stay connected to our practice, to our hearts in this challenging time. Details about their offerings forthcoming.
