Let go Yogi. Let Go! Four week workshop with Terri Roberts on Saturdays, February 20-March 12, 1-3pm. Beyond being controlled by our thoughts, we have the capacity to be attentive to the true and natural light available within us all. In this highly personal and interactive workshop, we will explore how the practice of yoga ­-on and off our mats- ­ supports a life of non­clinging, with a strong body, a calm mind, and an open heart.
Guided by the work of Brené Brown’s book, The Gifts of Imperfection, we will use light asana, breath work, meditation, reading, writing, discussion, and art to explore the 10 guideposts for living a wholehearted life.
