Welcome back! Reopening Guidelines

What we ask you to do:

  • Registering for class is mandatory. We are unable to sign you in or take payments. We cannot accept Walk Ins.
  • Facial coverings are required for entry and exit and may be removed when you are on your mat practicing.
  • Props will not be available for now. Bring your own props: mats, blocks, blankets and straps.
  • If you cancel your registration less than 24 hours in advance, the class will come off your series. In the past we have allowed you to cancel up to 5 min before class begins, but with class sizes so greatly reduced we have to be firm on a 24 hour cancelation.
  • Arrive on Time. Latecomers cannot be accommodated.
  • Pay attention to signage, markers and practice social distancing.
  • Upon arrival complete a brief symptoms check. If you have symptoms you cannot take class.
  • Consider leaving your shoes outside. Leave personal items secure in the trunk of your car.
  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
  • Use the restroom outside the studio, the private bathroom in the asana room will not be available for now.
  • If you or someone in your household have a frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell – please stay home.

What we are doing:

  • Starting slowly. Serving members of RB Yoga community. For now, we will not be accepting new students.
  • Disinfecting commonly shared surfaces in between classes and implementing daily cleaning protocols as directed by CDC.
  • Providing hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and disposable masks.
  • Limiting number of students in class, with markers that designate social distancing of 6 feet.
  • Holding fewer classes on the schedule with more time in between classes.
  • Not offering hands on adjustments.
  • Wearing a facial covering whenever we are off our mats.
  • Providing asana and pranayama sequences that don’t overheat or agitate the breath, or rely on props.
  • Washing our hands before and after class.
  • Practicing with windows and doors open, fans on. We will not be closing the space and running the AC.
  • Running a medical grade air purifier that cleans the air in the asana room in 30 min based on the square footage.
  • Not teaching if we are sick or if we have been in close contact for 15 minutes or more with someone sick.
